Brutes (mech) and Shopping Carts Return in Fortnite – v18.40 New Update Patch Notes

It looks like Brutes (mechs) will be making a return in the form of The Salvaged B.R.U.T.E. along with shopping carts.

After two weeks of content updates, Epic Games released a new major patch update today, v18.40. Some data-miners have mentioned that this could be the final update of the season with chapter 2 season 8 scheduled to end at the beginning of next month.

Epic have been posting patch notes this season and the v18.40 update is no different. Epic have listed all the changes and bug fixes in the update including more information on the Naruto and Team 7 collaboration which is currently live in-game. Three major bug fixes were pushed in today’s new update including Grapplers returning to Team Rumble and Battle Lab, collection book entries and now viewable again in performance mode, and cars will no long disappear or move when entering or exiting them.

Return of Brute Mechs in Fortnite (Salvaged B.R.U.T.E)

The Brute (mech) was added to Fortnite back in chapter 1 season x. However, many players were unhappy with the mech as most players considered them overpowered. However, players will have the chance to vote to unvault the brutes.

The Salvaged B.R.U.T.E. is the new mech in chapter 2 with less armour and no overshield, making it easier for players to destroy the mech and anyone in it. As soon as the Brute has been fully funded, it’ll be added into the game.

Shopping Carts Are Back

Shopping carts were added back in chapter 2 season 4 and were then vaulted four seasons later in season 8. They’ve made an unlikely return in the v18.40 update with no changes made as to how they work. They can be found at shopping and residential areas including Retail Row and Holly Hedges.

Will Smith & September 2021 Fortnite Crew Pack Skins Leaked (Ninja Wolf)

Data-miners have leaked a Will Smith Fortnite skin along with the possible September Fortnite crew skin. Epic Games released the v17.40 Fortnite update today. As usual, there were a number of Fortnite skins that were leaked by data-miners during downtime. These are cosmetics that Epic don’t encrypt which means data-miners can leak them with ease. Most patch updates also have encrypted files which are usually cosmetics or event files. There were several encrypted files added in today’s update, but due to the size, it was obvious they weren’t event files. Data-miners have now began leaking these encrypted files and they’re upcoming cosmetics. We’ve seen a Morty skin leak along with a Janky skin which is Guggimon’s friend. Today’s ‘Nerdle’ Equations of the Day #59 Answers: March 19th 2022

Here is the answer to the Mini Nerdle, Instant Nerdle, Classic Nerdle, and Speed Nerdle equations 59 released on March 19th, 2022. Nerdle is the maths version of Wordle, but instead of guessing the word of the day, you need to guess the equation. The game works in a similar way as there are no clues as to what the equation will be, but once you have made a guess, the colour of the tiles will change to let you know if have placed the number/symbols in the correct place and if they appear in the equation. The developers of the game are constantly making changes to the game to improve it and have come up with different puzzles that have then been added to the daily puzzles. At the moment, there are four different types of daily puzzles you can play which are the Mini, Classic, Instant, and Speed Nerdles. We will be covering all of the answers to these every day, as well as any bonus puzzles that are tweeted on the @Nerdlegame  account, so make sure you come back if you are struggling!
